Veneta Blinds offer a free 8 Year Warranty. We guarantee to repair or replace if the product fails to operate or has defects in materials or workmanship.

- In no event will Veneta Blinds be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other indirect damage, loss or expense caused by our company or products.
- Please make sure when unpacking your products on arrival, to avoid using sharps or blades to cut open boxes as you can cause irreparable damage to your blind, and accidentally cut through fabrics & cords. If you do need to use a blade, be extremely careful not to penetrate the product and be mindful that you may cause damage if you do, this type of damage is not covered under or claimable on warranty or under accidental damage.
- Products replaced under warranty must be exactly the same as the original order placed with Veneta (type, material, colour, size, etc). If the replacement product has been discontinued or is no longer available, Veneta may replace the item with a like or similar product, fabric, part or component.
- Repairs and spare parts cannot be guaranteed for extended periods. If the product has been discontinued or parts and components are no longer available including materials, Veneta Blinds may replace the item with a like or similar product, colour, fabric, part, or component.
- Veneta are continually updating it's product offerings through research and development improvement's over time. This includes product innovations and modification of original designs aimed at improving functionality, longevity and performance of Veneta products. Some product design & cosmetic changes may have products differ in specification and appearance from the original item purchased.
- This warranty is offered to the original retail purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required to make a claim. The blind must be in the original window it was installed. For transit damage a photo of the blind and the box is required. Repair, replacement or refunds are at the discretion of Veneta Blinds.
- Veneta reserve the right to request additional imagery and video of the warranty issue in order to progress and investigate any claim. Claims cannot be progressed if additional requested imagery or details are being refused to be provided.
- In some cases, the window coverings must be returned to Veneta Blinds, including but not limited to our Measure Insurance. Returned goods must be sent to Veneta Blinds head office at 33 Stoneham Street, Greenslopes, Qld, 4120. For goods not required to be returned to Veneta Blinds, including but not limited to damaged window coverings, incorrect window covering supplied, the original retail purchaser is responsible for the disposal of the window covering.
- Repair, replacement, or refund decisions are at the discretion of Veneta Blinds.
- This Warranty is offered by Veneta Blinds Pty Ltd, 33 Stoneham Street, Greenslopes QLD 4010. Tel: 1800 836 382. E: admin@venetablinds.com.au. The warranty claim may take up to 7 days to process.

- Our Product Specialists are available to speak to you if you have any questions on Veneta’s products or how to DIY. We can give you guidance and advice on what is best for your specific windows and environment. We encourage you to take up the option of receiving free material samples prior to ordering to ensure you are happy with your colour selection, as most times a computer or mobile device screen will be different to the final material colour.
- Please also take advantage of a free in home virtual video consultation to ask us any questions or seek an opinion. The video consultation is the best way for us to see exactly what you are wanting to achieve in your space and give some expert advice and knowledge on what’s best.
- As each product is custom manufactured to your specifications that you have chosen, Veneta Blinds cannot be held responsible if you dislike the product type, colour or fabric choice.
- Website "Design & Order" section images, are for illustrative purposes only and may not necessarily reflect an accurate visual of the custom product you have built. The product size, functionality or controls may not necessarily be represented accurately by the depicted image, so please check your selections during the build. Please ensure you enter the width and height in the specified areas correctly. If you have any questions about the design or functionality of the custom product you are building, please schedule a free video consultation or submit an enquiry to sales@venetablinds.com.au prior to placing your order.
- If the product is damaged in transit, please accept delivery of the damaged package and send us photos as soon as possible via email, this is the fastest way for us to process a replacement product for you. Please do not refuse delivery of the package as this will delay the warranty process (contact must be made within 14 days for claim and insurance purposes for free replacements.)

Consumer Guarantee
Under Australian Consumer Law, when you buy products and services they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what you asked for. For more information go to the ACCC website – www.accc.gov.au.
Australian Consumer Law has created the following guarantees for consumers who purchase goods:
- The goods are of an acceptable quality.
- The goods match their description or any sample or demonstration model.
- The goods are fit for any purpose represented by the seller or made known by the consumer.
- Additional promises made by the seller (oral or written) will be performed (eg money-back guarantees, lifetime warranties).
- Repairs and spare parts are reasonably available (unless the seller gives written notice that repairs or spare parts are not available).
- Ownership rights in the goods pass to the consumer who is entitled to undisturbed possession (subject to disclosure made by the seller).
- For second-hand goods the guarantees are qualified in that age, price and condition are taken into account.
- The Australian Consumer Law has created the following guarantees for consumers who purchase services:
- The services are carried out with reasonable care and skill.
- The services are fit for purpose.
- The services will be completed within a reasonable time.
