As part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we offer our unique, free measuring insurance. So if you make a measuring mistake, you will receive a new product from us that fits perfectly in your window. We also offer a comprehensive 8-year warranty to every Veneta window decoration. That means you'll never need to worry about your window decorations when shopping with Veneta.

8 Year Product Warranty

We're confident our 100% custom-made, premium-quality blinds will not only look great in your space but will well and truly tick your quality box.

Under Australian Consumer Law all products and services come with guarantees in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). In addition to these guarantees, we offer an 8-year product warranty on all window furnishings purchased from Veneta after the 1st October 2022. Refer to our 8 Year Warranty Terms and Conditions for details. For any purchases before the 1st October 2022 please refer to our previous warranty policy here.

If you notice any operational defects in your window decorations, please do not hesitate to give us a call and we will find a solution together. Please refer to our previous warranty policy here.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover damages resulting from external factors. If your blinds are damaged accidentally, we suggest contacting your insurance company to explore possible solutions.

 

Free Measure Insurance

Ever been tricked by your tape measure? We get it. If your new blinds don’t fit, don’t wear it. We’ll replace them! 

If you realised you made a measuring mistake, let us know within 4 weeks of receiving your window decorations and we will replace them with the right size. All claims have a delivery fee of $29 per claim.

If you need the blind in a larger size, you will only need to pay the price difference between the larger replacement and the original item, as well as the delivery fee.

We're sure you’ll love your new window decorations. But if you don’t, for any reason at all, we’ll happily replace them. Because we’re not happy unless you are.

We understand that window decorations are something you see and use every day. That is why we strive to ensure that our products can be enjoyed for many years to come.

Are the products you received different from what you expected? If so, please let us know within 14 days and we will work towards a solution together.

If we can’t fix the issue, we will offer a complete replacement of your window decoration with a product that you will be happy with!

 

Premium Quality at Low Prices

At Veneta, we believe in offering our customers premium quality products at low prices. How do we do this? We keep our costs low by delivering our products straight from the factory to your home without stores or showrooms! 

 

Transit Damage

Was your product damaged in transit? If so, please send us photos of the damaged product, the packaging it was delivered in, and the information sticker on the side of the damaged blind to admin@venetablinds.com.au. Once our team receives your request, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

 

Writing a Complaint or Reporting a Defect

Do you have a complaint about one of our products or services? We would like to resolve this for you. Please send us an email at admin@venetablinds.com.au and you will receive a substantive response within 14 days after we have received your complaint.

If a product does not work as intended, please send us details about the issue at admin@venetablinds.com.au. As soon as we receive your request, we will do everything we can to ensure that you can once again enjoy your window decoration with a smile. You can read more about our return policy here.

If any faults were to arise with a product that is still within the 8-year warranty period, we will cover all shipping costs. If there are faults with your window decoration just outside the warranty period, give us a call and we will see what we can do for you.
